Food Sale Booth Bidding

Date and Time: Friday and Saturday, 25- 26 October 2024, from 16:00 to 21:00

Venue: Taiyo Community Center

Products for Sale:

  • Only food items approved by Public Health

Bidding Guidelines and Selection Criteria:

Bidding Period: 9 October 2024 – 15 October 2024

  • Minimum starting bid is 5,000 Yen per booth, with increments of 100 Yen.

The booth fee includes a tent, tables, chairs, and access to a 25-amp generator.

Incomplete application packages will not be accepted. The terms and conditions outlined in the contract documents are preliminary and subject to adjustments based on final agreement and signature.
