Samurai Training Grounds
Put your willpower to the test in this challenge! In honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, participants will begin by running one mile, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and finish off with another one-mile run.
*Competitors may enter individually or as a team of two.
