Tour cost includes bus transportation, temple and Great Buddha admission fees. This is a walking tour. Kamukura is famous for the second tallest bronze Buddha statue in Japan and a number of other iconic temples, shrines, and old artistic treasures. Kamakura lies at the neck of the Miura Peninsula on the shore of Sagami Bay. It shows the high degree of prosperity that was present during the 12th and 13th centuries when Kamakura was the seat of the Shogunate Government.
