Eligibility: Athletes must be 18 years of age or older.
Submission requirements: Complete and submit the entire form. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will not be processed.
- SOFA (status of forces agreement) applicants: submit the form in full.
- Non-SOFA (non-U.S. citizens): you must complete required base access procedures before submitting this application.
- U.S. citizens without official base access: you must still provide all required information on the form.
Fees: Entry fee: $40 (SOFA) or ¥5,000 (Non-SOFA).
- Additional categories: $25 each (SOFA) or ¥3,000 each (Non-SOFA).
- Payment: Pay in full at athlete check-in on Sunday, 07/19/2026 — cash only.
- Forms submitted without the required base access (when applicable) or missing information will not be processed.
