Ueno Park is home to over one thousand cherry trees and the
park is transformed into a sea of pink blossoms during late
March to early April. The Ueno Cherry Blossom Festival is one
of the biggest and attracts the most crowd in all of Japan.
There are also many places you can visit at the Ueno Park. The
Ueno Zoo is the oldest zoo in Japan, and for those interested
in museums, there are the Tokyo National Museum, National
Science Museum, Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, National
Museum of Western Art and more.
