Ueno Park 10 a.m.–4 p.m. (Free time after zoo)

Tour cost includes bus transportation and zoo admission. Museum admissions are pay as you go. Ueno Park is the largest park in Tokyo and the oldest in Japan. It is renowned for its cherry trees, Ueno Zoo, museums, temples, and shrines. From late November to early December, the trees transform into vibrant fall colors of bright yellow, orange, and red. Ueno Park offers many attractions to explore. Ueno Zoo, the oldest zoo in Japan, has expanded over the years and remains a leader in the Japanese zoo community. For museum enthusiasts, the park is home to several, including the Tokyo National Museum, the National Museum of Nature and Science, the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, and the National Museum of Western Art. Be sure to bring extra yen for lunch, snacks, and admission fees. Don’t forget your camera to capture the memories of this amazing trip!
