*Same kennel. Dogs cannot exceed a combined weight of 100 pounds.
Food
Owners may utilize the center’s food. Please note that we are unable to cater to restricted diets or allergies. Owners can avoid this extra cost by bringing their own food.
After hours pickup or drop-off is available for an extra fee for PCS-in/out only.
- You will be asked to fill out paperwork pertaining to your pet’s stay. This may take a few minutes so please plan accordingly.
- We ask that you have an emergency contact ready for each boarding reservation.
- You will be asked to provide shot records if we do not have up-to-date shot records in our system. Pets cannot be boarded without updated shots as required by Yokota Air Base regulation and Japanese law.
- If you bring your own food, please bring it with you at the time of drop-off and make sure it is enough food for the pet’s entire stay to avoid any extra costs.
Medications
The Pet Care Center is dedicated to the health and well being of your pets. We are able to administer prescribed medication and supplements. However, we are not able to perform injections of any kind.
Emergency Contact
Any pets in our care are required to have an emergency contact on file in case of a medical emergency. This should be someone in the local area that you trust to take your pet to the vet if needed.
Reservations
Boarding reservations can be made one month in advance. For example, if you would like to board in March, the soonest you can request is 1 February. However, if you’re making a reservation for official duty (TDY, PCS or deployment), you may make your reservation as soon as you have firm dates.

Starting January 2024, Pet Care Center will charge a cancelation fee if a customer does not notify us at least 48 hours prior for canceling a boarding reservation.
Cancelation fee will be one day boarding fee.

Customers may have only one grooming and bathing reservation at a time. After services are received, owners may make a new reservation.
To make a reservation, please call or stop by our Front Desk.
Grooming drop-off times varies and is not first come first serve. Please note your pet may be in our care for several hours.
Please plan accordingly.
All dogs groomed in our facility must have a valid rabies vaccination.
PCS Information
If you are sponsoring someone with a pet, please refer them to Yokota.af.mil for a guided checklist on how to PCS to Japan.
If you or someone you know is PCSing and will need a boarding reservation, please request a reservation online as soon as travel plans are confirmed. Please give us as much time as possible to ensure we have the kennel space available to accommodate your pets.
